Remove or revoke Sendible's access to social sites
When you reconnect your profile between Sendible and a social site, the reconnection sometimes doesn't work as it should. Fortunately, all that is needed is a brand-new connection. Removing the Sendible app and reconnecting the profile will create that brand-new connection.
Log in to Facebook and do the following:
- Switch to your Facebook personal Profile, if necessary (not your Page profile).
- Go to your account's Settings & privacy > Settings > Business Integrations.
- If you have a lot of integrations, click into the Search business integrations field to the right and search for "Sendible".
-
Click the Remove button next to the Sendible app, and click Remove again to remove the app. DO NOT click the checkmark for "Delete posts, videos or events Sendible posted on your timeline."
- Now return to Sendible and reconnect your Facebook Page profile.
X (Twitter)
Log in to X (Twitter) and do the following:
-
Go to More > Settings and Support > Settings and privacy > Security and account access > Apps and session > Connected apps, or go directly to the Connected apps view.
- Click on Sendible and then Revoke app permissions.
- Now return to Sendible and reconnect your X (Twitter) profile.
Instagram Business
For Instagram Business profiles, access is removed from Facebook. Log in to Facebook and do the following:
- Switch to your Facebook personal Profile, if necessary (not your Page profile).
- Go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Security and login >Business Integrations.
- If you have a lot of integrations, click into the Search business integrations field to the right and search for "Sendible".
-
Click the Remove button next to the Sendible Business app, and click Remove again to remove the app. DO NOT click the checkmark for "Delete posts, videos or events Sendible posted on your timeline."
- Now return to Sendible and reconnect your Instagram Business profile.
Log in to LinkedIn and do the following:
- Go to Me > Settings & Privacy > Data privacy > Other applications > Permitted services.
- If you have a white-label account, look for "Sendible" or "this site".
-
Click Remove beside the Sendible app.
- Now return to Sendible and reconnect your LinkedIn profile.
Google Business & YouTube
Log in to your Google Account and do the following:
- Go to My Account > Security > Third-party apps with account access (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
-
Look for "Sendible", or possibly "Sendblur" if you have a white-label account (there are 2 of each in some cases), and click on the one that says Has access to: See, edit, create and delete your Google Business listings. Note, the YouTube permissions may be on a separate Sendible permission.
- Click Remove all access
- Now return to Sendible and reconnect your Google Business or YouTube account.
TikTok
Removing access for TikTok must be completed through the TikTok mobile app, as TikTok does not allow this to be adjusted via their website.
- Open your profile page on the TikTok mobile app
- Click the menu in the top right corner, then select Settings and privacy
- Click Security & permissions
- Scroll down and click Apps and services permissions
-
Here you will see Sendible listed. Tap Sendible, and then Remove access
- Now return to Sendible and reconnect your TikTok profile.

Removing access for Threads must be completed through the Threads website, as Threads does not allow this to be adjusted via their app.
- Open Threads in a web browser and click Settings from the menu in the bottom left corner.
-
Click Account > Website permissions
-
Click Remove next to the Sendible app
- Now return to Sendible and reconnect your Threads account
