Remove or revoke Sendible's access to social sites
When you've reconnected your profile between Sendible and any social site, sometimes the reconnection doesn't work as it should. Fortunately, all that is needed is a brand-new connection. Removing the Sendible app and reconnecting the profile will create that brand-new connection.
Important: Removing the Sendible app(s) from a social site can help to fix connection issues, but you must reconnect afterwards. You should only revoke Sendible's access once you've tried the steps found at What can I try if I'm having trouble with a social profile?
Log into Facebook and do the following:
- Switch to your Facebook personal Profile, if necessary (not your Page profile).
- Go to your account's Settings & privacy > Settings > Business Integrations.
- If you have a lot of integrations, click into the Search business integrations field to the right and search for "Sendible".
- Click the Remove button next to the Sendible app, and click Remove again to remove the app. DO NOT click the checkmark for "Delete posts, videos or events Sendible posted on your timeline."
- Now return to Sendible and reconnect your Facebook Page profile.
Log into Twitter and do the following:
- Go to More > Settings and Support > Settings and privacy > Security and account access > Apps and session > Connected apps (https://twitter.com/settings/connected_apps).
- Click on Sendible and then Revoke app permissions.
- Now return to Sendible and reconnect your Twitter profile.

- Go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Security and login >Business Integrations.
- If you have a lot of integrations, click into the Search business integrations field to the right and search for "Sendible".
- Click the Remove button next to the Sendible Business app, and click Remove again to remove the app. DO NOT click the checkmark for "Delete posts, videos or events Sendible posted on your timeline."
- Now return to Sendible and reconnect your Instagram Business profile.
Log into LinkedIn and do the following:
- Go to Me > Settings & Privacy > Data privacy > Other applications > Permitted services.
- If you have a white-label account, look for "Sendible" or "this site".
- Click Remove beside the Sendible app.
- Now return to Sendible and reconnect your LinkedIn profile.
Google My Business
Log into Google My Business and do the following:
- Go to My Account > Security > Third-party apps with account access (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
- Look for "Sendible", or possibly "Sendblur" if you have a white-label account (there are 2 of each in some cases), and click on the one that says Has access to: See, edit, create and delete your Google business listings.
- Click Remove Access beside the app.
- Now return to Sendible and reconnect your Google My Business profile.
Log into Pinterest and do the following:
- Click on the three dots in the top-right corner, then Settings > Security and logins > Apps logins.
- Look for "Sendible".
- Click Revoke Access beside the Sendible app.
