Steps to take when your Facebook Page is not listed when re/connecting
This article covers common reasons why your Facebook Page is not appearing in the profile settings window when adding or reconnecting a Facebook Page profile.
There are a few different reasons this can happen, so please go through the steps below in the order provided.
Places to check
Check your Facebook Page access
One common reason your Facebook Page may not be listed is that it doesn't have the proper permission in Meta Business Suite. You will need to have full control of the Page to add it to Sendible.
Confirm your access level in Business Suite by viewing the People section, finding the user who's connecting the Page to Sendible, and verifying that the Page's access is set to Full control.

Check the Facebook/Sendible app permissions
Issues adding profiles are frequently caused by incomplete permissions. To get back on track, follow the steps below.

While logged in as the Facebook user with proper access, open the Business Integrations area
Important: This area will not appear if you are switched into a Page. If you are not seeing the Business Integrations page, click the icon in the top right corner to switch into your Facebook User -
Locate the Sendible app and click View and edit

Click the option to select all pages at the top and do this for each section where they are listed
Note: If all pages have previously been selected, the individual pages will not be listed for that section. - Click Save after confirming all pages are selected for each section.
Once completed, try to add or reconnect your Facebook Page. If you are still experiencing issues with connection, continue to the steps below.
Check for complete permissions in Sendible
Once you’ve confirmed that you have the correct access for the Facebook page, and all permissions have been given on the Integrations page, you’ll need to reconnect a Facebook Page to confirm you have granted Sendible the necessary access to your Pages.
Start the reconnection process by navigating to Profiles > My Profiles and clicking the name of the Profile you need to reconnect.

If the Facebook Page does not appear in this list, there is an issue with your user's access level for that Facebook Page.
Check Business Suite Partner permissions
If you have been granted Partner access to a Facebook Page via Meta Business Suite, you should double-check that the permissions are correct.
- Go to Meta Business Suite Settings
- Click on Accounts > Pages.
- Select the Facebook Page you want to add to Sendible.

Locate your user and check if you have Full control. If the set-up is correct, it should look something like this:
If your Partner permissions appear slightly different or if you have only Partial control, please contact your client and ensure they grant you all necessary permissions.

Additional steps to try
Sometimes, issues with the profile connection process can be caused by the web browser due to caching or browser extensions. Please try connecting via a different browser or a private/incognito window, and review the additional guide below if you still have connection issues.
There may also be an issue with your Facebook User, try giving another Facebook user full control on the Facebook Page and then re-add the account to Sendible using their Facebook login.
