Work with Facebook ads

View and reply to Facebook ad comments
Connecting your current Facebook Page profile lets you quickly take control of your social media advertising comments and respond to them easily.
You can view and respond to these comments via the Priority Inbox. For additional information, head over to our article: Overview of the Priority Inbox.
Note: Currently, posting ads directly to Facebook isn't supported. However, you can use dark posts if you'd like to add posts to your Meta Ads Manager to publish as ads. For extra information, please see the article on 'Publish Facebook ads by converting dark (unpublished) posts'.
Caution: While we can retrieve comments on a Facebook ad, we can only do it during the first 3-4 days after the ad is first published. However, ads are recycled, often for an extended period of time, and we cannot pull in comments beyond those first few days.
Important: Ads published through Meta's Ad Manager will not appear in the Priority Inbox or Social Feeds views. However, posts published as dark posts will, as will boosted posts.
