Set up your white-label account
This article covers the following topics which will help you adjust your white label to fully reflect your agency, company or brand:

How to set up your white-label account
- To access the 'White Label settings' area, you must be logged in as an Admin. Next, click on the name (settings) at the top-right of the screen and then click the White Label settings option from the menu.
- The 'Company details' section, where you can change the general settings for your account will be selected by default, but you can also switch to this page by selecting it from the menu to the right of the page if you're already in the 'White Label settings' area.
- If you click on your Logo you can change/update your logo. The dimensions should be around: 250px height by 57px wide.
- The 'Company name' is mainly used by our system to identify your white-label account. However, it will also determine what name appears in the browser tab.
- Similar to the 'Company name' field, the 'Company email' is mainly used to identify your white-label account and it must be unique. However, this is also the email shown to your clients when sending emails to them.
- The 'Website' field displays the URL for the page from which users can log into your white-label account. You shouldn't change this without checking with your CRM, as it also needs to be adjusted on our end.
- This field displays the 'Account owner' which is the main admin on your white label that payments are linked to. You'll need to get in touch with us if you want to have this changed to another user on your account. If you need to do this as the previous account owner has left the company or similar, we'd recommend considering changing the account details to reflect a new user instead of as otherwise, all profiles, messages, etc. under that account would need to be set up again. - Once you've adjusted the information in any fields that you need to, please click the Save button to make sure your changes are reflected.
