Reconnect an X (Twitter) account
You may be asked to reconnect your X (Twitter) account from time to time. They require access tokens to connect to Sendible, and those can expire for various reasons, including password changes or lifespans. When that happens, you will need to reconnect your X (Twitter) profile.
Caution: If you have more than one X (Twitter) account, to ensure you are reconnecting the intended account, you must log out of all X (Twitter) accounts completely before beginning this process. Alternatively, you can use a private/incognito browser window and log into Sendible and reconnect X (Twitter) from there.
How to reconnect an X (Twitter) profile
- Go to Profiles > My profiles.
- Locate the X (Twitter) profile that needs reconnecting and click the edit
icon.
- Click the Reconnect To Twitter button.
- Enter your X (Twitter) login details and click Authorize app.
- Click the Update Account button to complete the reconnection process.
