Reconnect a TikTok account
Reconnecting your TikTok profile can be helpful if your posts aren't publishing successfully.
How to reconnect a TikTok profile
Caution: If you have multiple TikTok accounts, you must log out of all of them before beginning this process. Alternatively, you can use a private/incognito browser window to log into Sendible and then reconnect your TikTok profile.
- Go to Profiles+ > Profiles.
- Locate the TikTok profile that needs reconnecting and click the edit icon.
- In the Edit settings window, click the More button.
- Click Reconnect.
- You'll be directed to TikTok. Confirm you're logged into the correct TikTok account and click the Continue button.
- When the reconnection is successful, you will see a confirmation message at the top of your dashboard.
Note: TikTok profiles require reconnection every 12 months.
