How long is reporting data stored?
We currently store reporting data for 90 days as standard.

How far back can we retrieve data for reporting purposes?
We can report on a maximum of a 90-day increment based on whichever dates are chosen.
We can report on data for as long as the profile has been connected. Therefore, monthly, quarterly or annual reporting is possible. The reason for this is partly due to API (how third parties connect to social sites) restrictions and partly due to a choice that Sendible has made.
However, on the first of the month, LinkedIn data for the previous month is not 100% available. That means if you are reporting on the 1st day of the month, say 1 February, for January data, it will not be accurate. It will be accurate if you report January numbers a few days later, while they compile the data up to the end of the month.
How far back can you report when looking at downloaded data?
For downloaded data, it can go back as far as when the account was opened and from the time the profiles have been reconnected. However, in most cases, you will only be able to export data for the previous three (3) months.
