Export your posts
Exporting posts in Sendible allows you to transfer them to other users, share them with clients who do not have access to the dashboard, or use them outside Sendible.
Exporting your posts can assist when you:
- Require backup of your upcoming posts.
- Transfer posts to another user's dashboard.
- Want to send clients a list of their posts.
How to export posts
- When viewing the calendar, click the 3 dots on the right side.
- Click Export... and choose the view that you would like to export.
Tip: When exporting your posts there are two options for your export output.
- Export to CSV - The downloaded file will be in a comma-separated values (CSV) format, which can be used in a spreadsheet.
- Export to HTML - This version displays text, images, and other forms of multimedia on a webpage. HTML files are ideal for digital viewing, and the file can be shared.
Export Draft posts
- Navigate to Publish > Drafts
- Select the posts you are interested in by checking the box next to them. Then click the More button and choose whether you want to export your file via CSV or HTML
Note: The HTML version is not a live link that can be shared; instead, it is a file that you can open, print, or save as a PDF.
