You can adjust your plan to your business' growing needs by adding more profiles or users to your subscription—this is different from upgrading your subscription. You can add more users and profiles to any subscription and leave upgrading for when you want access to features not included in your current plan. Please see the pricing page for more information about plan features.

User allocations

Each subscription plan includes a base number of user allocations. The number available for your subscription can be found in the Subscription details view.

In addition, the number of user allocations—including active and inactive users—will be displayed under the Manage users view.

User allocations can be reused. You can delete a user account to free up an allocation for another user. When you need to add more users than are available, you can purchase additional users.

Users and profiles are bundled together, so when an additional user is purchased, your account will get access to additional profiles. If you only need additional profiles and not users, you must purchase an additional user, but you do not have to set up the additional user if they are not needed. The additional profiles are not restricted for use by the new user and can be split among your existing users as needed.

How to add users and profiles to your account

1. Click on your username on the top right-hand corner of the dashboard.
2. From the drop-down menu, select Subscription.

   

3. Click the Users & Profiles heading to see a summary of the number of users and profiles that you currently have available.
4. Use the + to add additional users to your plan. This will also show how many profiles will be included. You can use the + and - options to adjust as necessary.

   

5. After making any adjustments, review the cost of your updated plan at the bottom of the screen, then click Confirm & Pay.
