Save posts to the Content Library
This article covers how you can save a message straight from the Compose Box to your Content Library to use at a later date. You can even use this feature to save content you've already sent out by selecting the option to re-schedule the post from the Sent view and then selecting the option to save it instead of using the instructions below.
- Once you’ve added all the content, etc. to your message in the Compose box, click Save
- Selecting the Copy to Library option will present you with your available Content librariesto choose from. If you want to save a message as a draft instead which will include any scheduled date you've added to your post, please see this page.
- Once you have selected the library you want to copy the message to, you will be prompted to enter a title (if you have not entered one already in the Compose Box).
- Once saved, the Compose Box will update to show that the message has been saved to the selected Content Library.
Note: Only the message that was entered when you clicked on Save > Copy to library, will be saved to your Content Library, i.e., any further changes or edits you make in the Compose Box will need to be saved again using the Save > Copy to Content Library option.
