View, update, and save invoices
By editing, saving, and updating an invoice, you can efficiently check and manage your paid invoices/receipts for charges made for your Sendible subscription.
Note: To access invoices, you must be logged in as an admin. Invoices will only be available once payment is successfully processed via automated card charges. Refer to this page for more information on receiving an invoice upfront for payment.
How to view invoices
- Click on your username in the top right-hand corner of the dashboard and select Subscription from the drop-down menu.
- Select the Invoices option on the right-hand side. By default, the last five invoices will be displayed.
Note: If you have a history with more than five invoices, you can view older ones by clicking the CLICK HERE TO SEE ALL # INVOICES button.
Sending invoices by email
To automatically send invoices by email, add that email address in the 'Email invoices to' field and click the Save button to apply the change.
Saving and printing invoices
- Click the Print option to the right of the invoice you wish to print. The invoice will be displayed in a new browser window.
- Right-click on the invoice and select the Print option from the menu. This will allow you to save your invoice as a PDF file or print it directly.
Changing the name and address used on invoices
Go to Subscription details > Invoice details to update a billing name and address. Make the desired changes, and when finished, click Confirm. This name and address will appear on all future invoices.
Caution: The new name and address will only be applied to future invoices, not previous ones. If you require updates for previous invoices, please contact us with the complete details to display on the invoice.
