Create and use a content Library
A Library allows you to save and organise frequently used posts, or it can serve as a parking lot for ideas for future posts.
View Libraries
Click Content > Library. There is a default Library (which you can rename) where you can add content, or you can create additional Libraries.
When you have multiple Content Libraries, you can move between them by selecting them from the list on the right.
In addition, at the top of the Library view, you'll find icons that allow you to delete content in bulk or refresh your Library if you've added a piece of content that's not yet displaying. You can also switch between list and grid views.
Create a Library
Click the New library button.
You need to give your new library a name. Then identify the Workspaces that should be able to use content from this Library for posts, as well as those Workspaces that can edit and add items to the Library. Don't forget to click the Create button to save your library.
Adding content to the Library
When your Library is set up, you can use the Add Content button to start adding content to that library.
Once you select this option, the following pop-up will appear. Click the option that is relevant to the content you’re looking to add.
For a social media post
If you choose 'Social media post', a modified Compose Box will appear.
Add a title for your content so that you can easily identify it. This will not be included when you use this content as part of a post.
Add your post message to the main editing box. Use the 'Attach' icon to add media to your post. You can also include emoji or access other saved content or dynamic fields, if available. However, there are no rich-text options because the social networks don't support formatted text.
You can add tags to your content to help organise it and make it easier to search.
Click the Add Content button to save the post to your library.
For a blog post
If you choose the 'Blog posts' option, a modified Compose Box will appear. This box includes rich text options, which allow you to format your text, insert HTML, and more, as this is supported by blogs, but not on social sites.
Add a title for your content so that you can easily identify it. This will be included if you publish this content as part of a WordPress post.
Add your message to the main editing box. Use the 'Attach' icon as you would in the Compose Box to add media to your post. You can also include emoji or access other saved content or dynamic fields, if available.
You can add tags to your content to help organise it and make it easier to search.
Click the Add Content button to save the post to your library.
Copy from the Compose Box
If you have a post you've already published that you'd like to save for future use, you can click the 'Repost' option on the post and copy it to a Library.
Work with content in the Library
Once content has been added to a Library, you can search within it to find entries by keywords or authors. You can also sort the content alphabetically or chronologically in either direction. And use the icons associated with an item to delete, edit, or share it (which opens the Compose Box).
Use the Library to share to a post
If you choose to 'Share' content from the Library, a dialogue box will open, asking whether you want to share the content as HTML.
If you are publishing to social media accounts, choosing 'No, Share As Plain Text' is the best option. The 'Yes' button is best left for publishing to blogs such as WordPress.
Once you have made your choice, a Compose Box will open with the content already added. You can then add profiles and edit the post as needed.
Access in the Compose Box
You can also access content directly from the Compose Box without going to the Library. To do this, click the content option with the book icon.
Select the Content tab to bring up your Libraries. From there, you can search for a keyword, select a specific Library, switch the view between grid and list, or change the sort order. The number
When you’ve found the piece of content you’re looking for, click the Insert button, and it will be loaded into the Compose Box for further editing.
