Overview of Quick Reports
Quick Reports gives you an out-of-the-box report for one or more of your social profiles. The Engagement report provides an aggregate report across various social profiles, while other reports are platform specific. You can also view metrics for your website through the Google Analytics report.
Things to know
- Find the Quick Reports in your dashboard under Reports > Reports hub.
- Choose from an aggregated report or generate a report on a specific platform or profile.
- Get the most important data for your social media efforts right out of the box.
Reports hub
- On the top navigation bar, go to Reports, then select the Reports hub from the drop-down list. Once you're on the Reports dashboard, Quick Reports are also accessible on the left-hand menu.
- From the main' Reports Hub' view, you can select which type of Quick Report you want to view.
Engagement report
The Engagement report provides an aggregated view across all the included profiles. It includes metrics from Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Company Page profiles.
Social platform reports
Quick Reports are available for several, but not all, supported social platforms and the data within the report will vary by platform as well.
You can generate a report for a single profile or up to ten (10) profiles on the specified platform.
- Choose the social platform that you are interested in.
- You can select between one to ten of the displayed profiles to include in the report.
- Once you have selected the profiles, click the Generate Report button to view the report.
Google Analytics report
The Google Analytics report works differently from other reports. You have to connect your Google account from the 'Reports' view and not in the 'Profiles' area of the dashboard. Once you have connected your Google account, the Analytics properties you have access to will appear in the dashboard. You can generate a report for only one property at a time.
FAQs
Will posts not sent through Sendible be included in reports?
Yes, your social profile data will be included in the reports even if not everything was posted through Sendible.
However, it's worth noting that to track information relating to links, e.g. clicks, the post must be sent through Sendible, and the link must have been shortened using one of the URL shorteners we provide.
What does 'Previous Period' mean?
The 'previous period' is the same length of time immediately before the selected dates. If you're looking at 30 days, it compares it to the previous 30 days.
Why is my report not showing any modules?
If your report opens but does not show any modules, it may be because there is an ad-block program in place on your browser, such as Ad-Block Plus, uBlock Origin, etc.
If you remove or disable the ad-blocker, your report should load normally. Some ad blockers may permit you to specifically allow a URL or domain. If yours offers that, please add app.sendible.com to the list.
