Reply to a message
You can respond to messages you receive from within Sendible for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn profile from the Priority Inbox or Social Feed views.
Priority Inbox
Reply to public comments and private messages
You can identify a public comment from a private message in the Priority Inbox, as well as the social profile involved, by the icon and profile name at the top of the message. Public comments have a conversation bubble while private messages have an envelope icon.
Find the comment in the Priority Inbox you'd like to reply to and click the left-facing arrow icon.
After you’ve clicked the reply icon, the Compose Box will open, and you can compose your post as usual. You can also send your reply for approval, if desired.
View conversations
You can see all the replies to a post by clicking the conversation icon.
Social Feeds view
Public replies
Private replies
Only Facebook allows for replying to private messages through its API. You can view them by choosing a Facebook social profile and then clicking on the Messenger tab at the top.
