Approval workflows allow users to collaborate with colleagues and clients. Ensure everyone agrees that a post looks as it should before being published.
How to send messages for client approval
While there can be many approval workflows, this is the process to create posts for clients which need their approval.
- Create and schedule a post on the client's dashboard. This is the person who will approve the post. The client will see the post in their calendar since it was created on their dashboard.

Immediately switch to your dashboard (see Switch user dashboards), find the post, open it, and click the "Send For Approval" button.

From the drop-down menu, select the client who should approve the post. You can also include a comment with the request.

When finished, click the Send For Approval button.
- The client will get a notification on their dashboard and an email requesting approval.
- When the client approves the post, or rejects it with comments, you will be notified on your dashboard and by email.
