How soon will I see report data after I've added my profiles?
When you initially add social profiles to your account, we attempt to pull in data for reports within 1 - 2 hours. However, it may take up to 1 - 2 days for enough data to be pulled in to enable reports to be fully populated and, therefore, for you to be able to select a social profile to view its data.
If you don't see a particular social profile available in the 'Reports' area once you've added it to Sendible, please wait a couple of hours or check back the next day.
Note: We are only able to pull in data from the time Instagram and LinkedIn social profiles are connected to Sendible but not before. Facebook does allow for data to be pulled in from before it was connected to Sendible.
