Delete admin users
Are you trying to delete a user who has been assigned as an 'Admin'? Have you found that the option to delete that account is not displayed? Follow the steps below when deleting this special type of user.
Important: The main admin can not be deleted, but you can have another person replace them. Check out this article for the steps to do that: Offboarding: A guide for when someone leaves your account.
How to delete an admin user
- Before you may delete an admin, their user type must be changed to Team Member or Client. Make sure to click Update User to save that change.
- Once the 'Admin' user is changed to a 'Team Member' or a 'Client', the option to delete the user will be displayed.
