The Facebook Page Loader, a helpful built-in tool within your Sendible account, allows you to add multiple Facebook Pages simultaneously.

Add multiple Facebook social profiles

1. Hover over the Profiles tab and, in the drop-down menu, select Add Profiles
2. Click the Apps option on the right-side menu.
3. Then click the Add button for Facebook Page Loader.

   

First time adding Facebook Pages in bulk

1. You will be directed to Facebook and prompted to log in.

   

2. Once you’ve logged into the account which has access to the relevant Facebook Pages, you’ll see the following screen. Click the Continue As button.

   

3. The next screen confirms the connection between Sendible and Facebook. Click the Continue button to confirm the connection.

   

Subsequently adding Facebook Pages in bulk

Once you have established a connection from Sendible to Facebook, the next time you attempt to add a Facebook Page with that Facebook account, all of the Pages will be available to choose from in the connection drop-down list.

Facebook Page profile settings

1. Select which Facebook Pages you would like to use with Sendible. If any are selected that were previously added, the settings will update for those Facebook Page profiles as well—it will not add an additional, duplicate profile of the Facebook Page.

   

2. 'Automatically generate link previews': Choose whether you want link previews to be automatically generated when you include a link in your post. For more information about link previews, please see the article: Overview of link previews in posts.
3. 'Geotargeting': Use geotargeting to limit content to specific location-based audiences. To target different audiences, you can add the same Facebook Page as many times as you like and change the geotargeting settings. Please view our support guide on how to set up geotargeting for Facebook for more information on this option.
   
   Caution: Your posts will not be visible to people outside that location and sometimes even within that location, as Facebook often estimates locations.
4. 'Post as a full-sized image': You can also select whether you want images included in posts displayed as full-size images on Facebook. Please note that this means that if you include a URL in your Facebook post, the image from the link preview will be displayed as a full-size image instead of a link preview and cannot be clicked on to go to the web page.
5. 'Receive alerts for new activity': Select whether you want to receive alerts for new activity on that account—such as mentions or messages—and where you want to receive these alerts in the Priority Inbox and/or via email.
6. Once you’re happy with the settings you’ve applied, click Save Settings.

   

   Note: The settings will be applied to ALL the Facebook Pages you add. To add different settings for different Facebook Page profiles, please add the Facebook Pages individually or edit the settings for a Facebook Page profile(s) once they have been added using the Facebook Page Loader.

The newly added profiles will be available in the Compose Box and can be added to Profile Lists. You will also be able to view reports for the Pages 24-48 hours after connecting.
