Overview of Campaigns
✨Use Campaigns to organise and evaluate your content. See campaign posts on your calendar and in other views at a glance, and track performance metrics too. ✨
Things to know
- Find Campaigns in your dashboard under Publish > Campaigns.
- Organise your posts by labelling them as part of a Campaign and setting start and end dates, if appropriate.
- Create as many Campaigns as you need and track your efforts and evaluate the results.
Create a new Campaign
Go to Publish > Campaigns, then click New Campaign.
Give your Campaign a name. And if you'd like, you can choose a display colour to help you identify which posts are part of your campaign. You can also choose a start and end date for your Campaign. If no dates are selected, today will be used as the start date. Don't forget to click Save.
Add a Campaign to your post
After you've created a Campaign, you can apply it to your post. Open the Compose Box and choose a Campaign from the drop-down list. Then continue composing and scheduling your post as usual.
Using a Campaign with your team
You must switch to the user who created the Campaign to view it and assign messages to it.
View a Campaign
You can get an insight into the overall performance of your Campaigns.
Click Campaigns in the menu and select a Campaign to obtain an overall summary of the Campaign, including stats, including the number of:
- Sent, Scheduled, Drafted, and Queued posts
- Failed posts
- Posts pending approval
- Approved posts
- Rejected posts
Calendar view
The Calendar view allows you to view your posts by Campaign. From the filter menu, select one or more of the Campaigns you want to view. A filter is also available on the Queued, Sent, and Overview views.
