Billing frequency discounts

We offer the following billing frequency discounts:

• 5% for paying quarterly (every 3 months)
• 7% for paying biannually (every 6 months)
• 15% for paying annually

Non-profit discount

Non-profit organizations can receive a 25% discount on all annually billed plans and a 15% discount on plans billed monthly. See our pricing plans to discover which features meet your business needs.

To request the discount, there are two steps:

1. Select a plan and sign up for Sendible. Your 14-day trial will begin immediately.
2. Contact our sales team with your account username, email address, and a link to your organization’s website. If it’s not obvious from your website that you’re a nonprofit, we will contact you for more details.

Multiple discounts

Discounts cannot be stacked. For example, if a 20% discount code has been applied but you're paying annually, the overall discount amount will still be 20% as the discount code is used instead of the frequency discount.

Manage discounts

If you have a discount code, you can apply it to your payments by clicking on the 'Discount code' area of your Subscriptions view. Enter the code in the box provided, and click the 'Apply' button. As long as the discount code is valid, the relevant discount will be applied to future payments.

If a discount code was added to your plan, it will be displayed here. It's important to note that, in most cases, a discount code is only applicable for up to 12 months. If a discount code is not valid because it has expired, it will be displayed in red, and the discount will not be applied.
