Connect social media profiles
Before you can take advantage of Sendible’s features, you first need to connect at least one social media profile.

Creating and scheduling posts
Your Smart Compose Box is where you can create posts for multiple profiles at the same time.
- Click Compose to open up your Smart Compose Box.
- Select the profile you want to create content for.
- Add your copy in the text box and add your media by clicking the attach icon.
- Click the icon to preview your post and see what it will look like once published.
- Click Save to save as a draft, Send Now to publish now. Or click the calendar icon, select a date and time, then Schedule to publish at a later date.
If you have multiple profile types selected in the Compose Box, you can click each tab to customise your copy and image for each profile type, and add other channel-specific elements like a first comment for Instagram or selecting a video thumbnail.

Sourcing images and content
With Sendible, you get access to millions of royalty-free media, plus access to 300+ social holidays built into your calendar that you can schedule in a few clicks.

To get started:
- Click Compose to first open your Compose Box, then click the attach icon
- Click Search on the attach pop-up then choose where you want to source your media from
- Use the search bar to find an image or GIF
- Browse through your search results and choose the image or GIF you want to use.

Need some post ideas? Head to your calendar overview and check the box next to Holidays to view hundreds of content ideas. To create a post about a specific social media holiday, click on one of the hashtags. This will open up the Compose Box with an image and relevant hashtags you can use to create your post.

Create and optimise your images for each social media platform
Enhance your visuals and tailor them for each social network with Sendible's built-in image editor.
Once you add your image to your Compose Box, click the pencil icon to open up the built-in image editor. Here you can select one of the pre-set cropping options so that your image is optimised for each social media platform.
Need to design an image? Click the attach icon, then select Canva to open Canva’s user-friendly designer within Sendible. Here, you can access thousands of templates and create stunning designs—without needing the help of a designer—to add directly to your post through Sendible’s Compose Box.
Automate your evergreen social media content and save time
Add content to a pre-set posting schedule with Queues
Consistency is key in social media management, and Sendible's Queues feature is designed to ensure you maintain a regular posting schedule effortlessly. With Queues, you can schedule multiple posts to be published at specified times and days of the week, making it perfect for evergreen content.
Head to Publish in your navigation, select Queues, then click New Queue to choose the desired days and times for your posts to go live. You can then add your post to your Queue when composing your post, and you're all set with a content plan in just a few clicks.
This approach allows you to maintain a consistent posting cadence throughout the week, eliminating the need to worry about selecting when to schedule each individual post.
Automatically post content to your feed with RSS feeds
RSS feeds are a great way to find content tailored to specific topics, companies, or interests. Plus, Sendible’s RSS autoposter is a convenient way to automatically share content, like blog articles from your website, to your social media channels.
To set up an RSS feed and automate posting:
- Click Content > RSS Feeds in your navigation bar
- Click New Feed > Publications & Blogs and add an RSS URL, or choose from one of the curated feeds by topic
- Head back to your 'RSS feeds' dashboard and select New Auto Post to set up your autoposter
By leveraging the autoposter, you can automate sharing relevant content for your audience and keep your social media channels active with fresh, engaging posts without the hassle of manually finding and posting them.
Monitor your incoming comments and grow your community
Stay on top of the comments and engagement you get on your connected social media channels in your Priority Inbox and your Social Feeds. This can be accessed by clicking Activity in your navigation bar.
Social feeds allow you to view and respond to updates to all your social channels (where possible) in real-time.
The Priority Inbox, on the other hand, will display messages and comments if you select the option for alerts to be brought into the Inbox when setting up a profile. There will be delays between when a message is left on a social channel and when it's displayed in the Priority Inbox so that Sendible can analyse the sentiment of the post. Therefore, it is not a real-time update.

Responding to comments, mentions and messages
There will be several icons displayed on the message allowing you to view a conversation, repost, etc. If you’re unsure of which option is the reply option, hover your pointer over these icons and their function will be displayed.
Once you’ve located the message you want to respond to, simply click the left-facing arrow icon and type in your response.
Analyse your performance with Quick Reports
Take advantage of Sendible's Quick Reports to gain insights into your social media performance so you can optimise your strategy for better results.
Quick Reports show you an overview of engagement on the connected social media profiles. Just click Reports in your navigation bar, then select the social media channel you want to report for.
