We can confirm that we have retained our access to Twitter. Current and future scheduled Twitter posts, social feeds, and reports should continue to function as normal.

Original Update - 02 February 2023

We are aware that Twitter has advised that they will no longer support free access to their API.

Since initially integrating with Twitter, we have used the API access they provided for free. So, this update is relevant to Sendible. We understand how important being able to engage with your audience on Twitter is, and we are currently reviewing the impact that this update will have on our Twitter integration.

Currently, we are looking to get more specific details on the update so we can decide on the best way to approach this to minimise any disruption and protect the value our customers find in managing Twitter accounts through Sendible.

Although we don’t have more information to share at this time, we will provide updates here and inform all Sendible customers of anything that will impact the Twitter integrations we currently support.
