We are pleased to let you that our scheduled maintenance is completed, and the platform is back up and running.

We have started the planned maintenance, and you will not be able to log into the platform for the next two hours. During this time, scheduled posts will be paused until the downtime has been completed, and this will affect any reports going out during this time.

Once the platform is fully up and running, paused posts and reports will be sent out. We will update you once this has been done.

Scheduled: Saturday, 23rd April 2022, at 09:00 am BST, we will perform scheduled maintenance, and there will be downtime for 2 hours for these updates to be completed. We have chosen a time when the use of the platform is at its minimum.

In this maintenance, we will be improving the reliability of our platform.

During the downtime:

• You will not be able to log into the platform
• Scheduled posts between 09:00 - 11:00 am BST will be paused and not go out.
• Scheduled reports will not go out.

Once the update has been completed, and the platform is up and running, scheduled posts and reports during this time will go out in the order that they were scheduled.

We will update this status page once the maintenance has been completed.
