We have identified the cause of not being able to add new profiles and have released a fix. To ensure that you're on the updated version of Sendible, please refresh your web browser. You will then be able to click on Add to add new profiles.

We're investigating an issue where customers are unable to add new profiles under Profiles > Add profiles.
What is the issue?
Yesterday, 19 July 2021 11:00 pm BST, customers were unable to add Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn profiles. When you go to add a new profile, the settings window opens and immediately closes. The issue we are looking into is when clicking on the Add button.
As a workaround until we release a fix, please ensure you click on the social network icon to add the profile.
Our development team is looking into the issue to identify what is causing this issue, and as soon as we have an update, we will let you know.
