We are pleased to say that we have released a fix for this issue. During this release of the fix, we've been able to confirm that any message that was edited in the past day would have been affected by this issue.
Please note, with the released fix, it will not be a retrospective fix, and messages that have been edited in the past day may still bounce.

Some users may be experiencing the following bounced error via email or the bounced view within the dashboard: 😔
The issue that is causing the bounced message is when the message that has an image attached has been saved to the Drafts. Once the message goes out to be published, the attached image disappears. The issue is affecting all services.
We are looking into this issue immediately and will update you once the fix is released.
Please note, once the fix has been released, it will not be a retrospective fix, and all messages that have been saved to the drafts first will need to have the attached reattached.
