We have now released an update that should address the issue preventing Keyword and Brand Monitoring results from successfully feeding through to the Monitoring section of the dashboard.
However, we were not able to retrieve all the data during the downtime period so it might pick up some results from the outage but we expect there to be gaps. This outage period was from 11/05/2019 - 11/22/2019.

Thank you for your patience while we look into this.
The issue that we are experiencing with Keyword and Brand Monitoring has been identified and we are looking release a fix for this soon. It is taking longer than we expected but hope to have it resolved by Tuesday. Should we be able to release a fix sooner we will let you know.

We are experiencing a known issue with the Keyword and Brand Monitoring. Results have stopped pulling through from 5th of November onwards.
The results not pulling through is a due issue on our end; we are looking to resolve this as soon as possible. Please do bear with us in the meantime.
