Instagram ID / Token Issue 30/10/2019

We have now released an update that should address the issue preventing Instagram from successfully processing high volumes of posts sent to them by us.


However, there may still be issues from time to time when there are issues directly on Instagram's end. If you do experience a high volume of bounced posts for Instagram, please check Down Detector for Instagram's status.

This issue is applicable if you have the following error returned for your Instagram Business Posts:

"Could not get associated account ID of Instagram Business account AND/OR access token."

This issue is happening both due to issues on Instagram's end and due to changes we had to make to address a sever issue we experienced on Monday the 28th of October, 2019.

We are currently working to address the issue on our end as a priority and, in the meantime, suggest using the Instagram Reminder service where possible as this should allow you to post the update to Instagram successfully:
