Server Issues Causing Delays In Sending

We have located the issue affecting posts being processed by our servers. Posts should now send as normal. 

If you had any posts scheduled to be sent out, they should be posted shortly if they have not been already.

If you paused your scheduled posts and posted directly to the related social channels, you can unpause your scheduled posts but we recommend checking the related social channels shortly after you to to ensure that no duplicates are posted.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue and are working to put additional measures in place to prevent the possibility of this happening again in the future.

We are currently investigating an issue that has caused delays in post being sent to the intended social site. 

We are still investigating the route cause of this issue and apologize for any inconvenience caused. 

If you had posts scheduled that have disappeared from the Scheduled view, please do not manually post these if possible. 

If you have already posted the scheduled posts to the intended social sites, to try and prevent these posts from duplicating please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Settings > Preferences

2. Please click on Publishing Preferences

3. Please select the option to Pause scheduled messages.
