This article covers the browsers and operating systems that we currently support. We're always looking for ways that we can provide the best experience for our users. To make sure that we're able to make using Sendible is as quick and easy as possible, we're focusing on fully supporting the latest and most popular browsers and operating systems.

What if my Browser or Operating System is supported but I'm experiencing an issue?
If you do experience an issue when using Sendible, we always recommend taking a few minutes to run through our Troubleshooting Checklist. This also helps to confirm whether the issue is due to the browser itself, something added to the browser or an issue directly with the Sendible site. If you're still experiencing the issue after you've run through the steps in the checklist, please get in touch by submitting a ticket.
The more information you can give about the issue, the faster we'll be able to get you back up and running again!
What if my Browser or Operating System is not fully supported or not supported at all?
If your browser is listed as Not Supported or Not Fully Supported, this still means that you can use these Browsers when accessing the Sendible site. However, if you report an issue to us and that issue is directly related to that unsupported Browser, we will let you know that it's not something we can fix.
It also means that we won't test updates or fixes using these browsers so we can't guarantee that you'll be able to take full advantage of a new feature or that any general fixes we do will apply to you as you're using an unsupported Browser.
If you do come across an issue, we do still recommend going through the steps in our Troubleshooting Checklist and, as above, get in touch by submitting a ticket if one of the steps doesn't fix the issue.
