You can download historical data from Sendible, empowering you to create and keep your own records for analysis. Data is available by month with details specific to each type of export, equipping you with the necessary information to make informed decisions.

Export formats

There are two data formats to choose from: HTML or CSV. Choose based on how you want to use the data.

HTML

Choosing the HTML export option is a great way to generate a link to share report data with others. 

The HTML data is in a raw format, so if you're looking for something that looks a bit better, you might want to consider sharing a live URL available on reports in the 'My reports' area (not available on all subscription plans).

CSV

The CSV format is best for storing and processing data elsewhere, such as in a spreadsheet, database, or charting software. It can also be used to create a larger data repository for comparison over longer periods. It will have the same data as the HTML option, just in a different file format.

Export options

There are several data options to choose from. You can choose from data around messages, social profiles, or users in your account.

Messages

The 'Messages' tab allows you to export the indicated data by month.

Profiles

The 'Profiles' tab allows you to export the indicated data by month.

Users

The 'Users' tab allows you to export the indicated data by month.
