Please reset the Sendible Cache to ensure you're running the latest version of Sendible with the fix included. You don't need to reconnect; it might take up to 10 seconds to load.

Sadly we have a known issue where customers cannot see any activity in their streams view for Facebook pages.
What is the issue?
We have been able to identify an issue with Facebook streams on Sendible where users are being prompted to reconnect account and reconnecting the account does not resolve the issue:
Any activity that needs a response can be responded via the Priority Inbox section or through Facebook until the issue has been resolved.
Other areas that could be affected by the issue?
Facebook messenger is not affected by this issue. We also believe that it is not affecting other areas of the dashboard.
We've been able to identify that there was an update on Facebook's end yesterday that affected this area, and we are looking to resolve it as soon as we can.
