Steps to take when there are 'No profiles selected'
When you see No profiles selected on your Scheduled or Sent messages, this means that the social profile/s or Profile List you added to the message were deleted after the post was created and therefore there is no profile or Profile List for the message to be sent to.
Scheduled posts
- If you click on the Edit logo on the right side of the post in your Scheduled view you can re-add a social profile and make any other updates to that post that you want to.
Once the scheduled date on the post has passed, if the post was not updated to include an active profile/s for the post to be sent to, it will go to your Sent view even though the post has not been able to be sent out.
Sent posts
- You can repost (or retry) a post showing No profiles selected from the Sent view. Select the Repost icon, choose an active social profile, and update the post as desired before rescheduling.
