What are the differences between Instagram Professional and Instagram Reminder profiles?
There are two options to connect Instagram accounts to Sendible, Instagram Professional (Business or Creator) and Instagram Reminder profiles. The pros and cons of each of them are described below.
Note: Due to restrictions in Instagram's API (how third parties connect to Instagram), there are certain features you cannot use. Please refer to our comparison chart to help you decide which ones to set up.
Instagram profiles
| Instagram Professional profile This profile allows you to post and schedule a single image, multiple images, or a video directly to Instagram, as well as post stories, pull any comments into the Priority Inbox and pull analytics. (We cannot pull retrospective data.) How do I add this Profile? |

| Instagram Reminder profile (Posting via Email to Instagram) This profile sends the message via your Sendible account to your email which then allows you to post mixed media (both images and videos), single images and videos. How to set this up? |

Important: Instagram Reminder profiles require you to take action upon receiving a notification via email and then can be posted using Instagram's mobile app. If action is not taken, the post will not be posted to Instagram.
