How can I track my team's response rate?
If your team manages customer queries or a client's reputation, being able to track how quickly they're responding to messages that come through on social media channels through our dashboard can really make a difference.
You can now do this through Sendible using our Team Response Time modules which can be added to custom reports. For more information on custom reports, please see this page.
Once you've set up a custom report, you can add the following modules from under the General Reports tab.
This will show you the response rates for the user accounts you have access to as shown below:
