[Update] Facebook Reporting Changes - 10 September 2024
Meta has made updates to their API which has affected the data we are able to report on for Facebook Pages. You can learn more about their reasoning for this in their announcement.
How will this deprecation affect Sendible reporting?
Because of these changes, the following Quick & Custom Report modules will be affected starting 10 September 2024
Facebook Quick Report - Activity Overview Module
The Page Consumption metric is no longer able to be retrieved and this data will be removed from the Quick Report
Facebook Quick Report - Demographics - People Reached
These metrics are no longer able to be retrieved and this section will be removed from the Quick Report
Facebook Quick Report - Post Impressions
The Facebook metric used to measure impressions has been updated.
Facebook Quick Report - Top Performing Posts
Click data will now be based on Total Clicks instead of Unique Clicks
Engagement Report - Top Posts & Top Photos
Click data will now be based on Total Clicks instead of Unique Clicks
Custom Reports - Negative Feedback
This module will no longer return any data and will be removed automatically
Custom Reports - Check-Ins
This module will no longer return any data and will be removed automatically
