SMS - can subscribers interact with SMS messages?

Once you've set up an Opt-in SMS service, they will be able to reply to any SMS you send them once they've opted in.

You will be notified of replies via email and they'll also come into your priority inbox so that you can respond and have conversations back and forth.

At the moment, we only provide 1 auto responder for when they first opt in.
