When I import a CSV file that's not in English, why is it not importing the text correctly?

This can happen if the CSV  file has not been UFT-8 encoded as our system can have difficulty correctly importing characters which are not standard in English. 

To address this, before uploading the CSV file to Sendible, open the CSV in a program like Notepad.

Then, click File > Save As.. and make sure the Encoding is set to UTF-8.

After saving, try upload to Sendible again and it should then be imported correctly.
