Why do odd symbols appear when I've imported scheduled messages?

This is because you're importing a file that is not UTF-8 encoded. 

Please try the following:

- Before uploading your CSV file to Sendible, open it up in Notepad.
- Then Save the file with UTF-8 encoding (on the save dialog within Notepad).

This will ensure that all characters are converted to the correct format.
