Change your subscription
As your business's needs change, so should your subscription plan. You can change your subscription anytime to take advantage of additional features or better suit your budget.
View your current subscription
- Click on Settings > Subscription from the drop-down menu.
Caution: To access the subscription area, you must be logged in as an Admin user.
- The first block of details for your subscription shows the next payment amount, when the next payment is due, and your payment history.
- Click on the Next payment amount area to see the details for your charges, including discounts, taxes, and any additional users/profiles you have added to your plan.
- Click the Go to invoices link to find past invoices, which you can print for your records. Add an email address, such as for your billing department, to have invoices sent directly to them.
Change plans
Changing your subscription plan will affect the features available to you in Sendible. Be aware that you can add additional users and profiles to your subscription without changing plans.
If you want to change your subscription plan, click the Pick a new plan link next to your current plan. You will then see a summary of available plans. You can view more information on each plan and what it includes by clicking the link to view the full plan details on our pricing page.
Once you've decided on the plan you want to move to, select it from the options provided.
Upgrade your plan
If you upgrade your plan, you will be charged a pro rata amount for your new plan. This amount will be displayed when you confirm that you're happy to make the change, and you will be charged immediately.
If this charge is successful, the changes to your plan will be applied immediately.
In certain cases, additional authorisation may be needed to process the pro rata charge. This should only be applicable if your card provider is located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or Switzerland. When this is required, you'll be prompted to authorise the charge on the subscription page.
Downgrade your plan
The following features are limited based on the subscription plan. Some may need to be removed to fit within the limits of the new plan before you can successfully downgrade.
- Users
- Profiles
- Custom reports
- Permission groups
- Queues
- Custom approval workflows
If you need to delete users
- Click on your Username on the top right-hand side of the dashboard.
- Select Manage users from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the Edit option opposite the user account you wish to delete.
- Click the Delete User option to delete a user.
- Click Yes when the confirmation window opens.
If you need to delete profiles
You can see how many profiles your account uses on the right side of the Manage users view. The number there tracks profiles added across all the users in your account. If the number in the 'Manage users' area is higher than what you see in 'My profiles', it is because 'My profiles' shows the number of profiles a specific user has added.
Before completing your downgrade, you may need to delete some of these profiles. To do so, click Profiles > My profiles and click the icon next to the profiles you no longer need.
If you do not see the profiles you want to remove when looking in the 'My profiles' section, please switch users so that you can see the profiles that other users have added.
When deleting a profile, you will receive a warning asking you to be sure you want to delete it completely. Please note that deleting a profile will delete historical reporting data and other information. Please see the article Edit and delete existing profiles for more details.
If you need to delete custom reports
You may also need to delete custom reports when looking to downgrade. The plan you're downgrading to may provide fewer custom reports than your current plan or lack access to this feature, meaning some or all custom reports must be deleted before you can successfully downgrade.
You can delete the report under the 'My reports' area by clicking the bin icon.
As with profiles, you should check the other users in your account to confirm that they do not have any additional Custom Reports set up.
If you need to remove permission groups
The plan you are downgrading to may lack access to the Permissions feature, and you will need to remove the permission groups you have created as part of the downgrading process.
- From the 'Manage users' page, select Permissions from the right side.
- If you have any permission groups set up, you can delete them by clicking on the bin icon. When deleting a permissions group, you will receive a warning box asking you to be sure you want to completely delete it.
If you need to delete Queues
Every Sendible plan offers a set number of Queues that can be created. The plan you are downgrading to may have a lower allotment than your current plan, and you may need to remove some of your Queues before you can complete the downgrade.
To delete a Queue, click the arrow to the right of the edit icon next to the name of the Queue you wish to delete, and the delete option for that Queue will be displayed.
If you need to remove custom approval workflows
Some plans do not offer custom approval workflows. To confirm that each user no longer has any set-up, please navigate to Manage users and click the Edit User button.
On the Workflow tab, confirm the setting is set to No.
