There are several reasons why you may experience an issue or similar on your Sendible account which can be caused due to your local environment, this can include browsers, other softwares, etc.
Here is some information to help you ensure your local environment is optimized to use Sendible:
1) Supported Browsers (latest versions):
Other browsers may also work well with Sendible, however, if there is an issue, we will not be able to provide support for it and would recommend using one of the above-mentioned browsers instead. For more information on the browsers we support and why, please see this page.
2) Browser add-ons/extensions/plugins:
As there are several thousand add-ons/extensions/plugins for each browser, and more are being added constantly, these have not been tested for compatibility with Sendible.
If you do experience an issue, we suggest disabling these and then using your account.

3) Anti-Malware and Anti-Virus Softwares:
At time, these can cause interruptions with the Sendible service. We advise either disabling these temporarily if you're experiencing an issue, or using a different computer that doesn't have these installed at all, or at least doesn't have the particular ones installed that you're using on your computer.
