[Resolved] LinkedIn posts - Undelivered error message ''LinkedIn did not confirm this post was successfully published. Please check on LinkedIn directly to confirm if it was posted and resend this post if needed.'' - 22 May 2023
Monday 22 May @ 13:49 GMT
On Friday, we released a new update to try and reduce this error and fix the issue. I'm happy to report that after monitoring the effects of this release throughout the weekend, this undelivered error is no longer occurring and this issue is now resolved.
We were able to narrow down this issue to single-image posts that were uploaded from a computer to the Compose Box. Posts should now be going through successfully and you do not need to reconnect your LinkedIn Profiles for these posts to be successful.

After the update on Friday, we've observed a rise in users reporting that their scheduled LinkedIn posts were not delivered and that the updated undelivered error is being returned more frequently.
We are closely monitoring the issue and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
We have seen posts be more successful after reconnecting your LinkedIn profile which you can do by following the steps in this guide: Reconnect a LinkedIn profile
Once your profile has been reconnected, please try and re-post from your Undelivered area.
We can confirm that we are working hard to remedy this issue and will keep you updated as we know more!

I'm delighted to announce that we've been able to improve the issue that was causing your LinkedIn posts to fail. Therefore errors involving the inability to confirm the post status have been reduced.
If you continue to see undelivered posts for LinkedIn with the error “LinkedIn did not confirm this post was successfully published.” you are most likely receiving this as the post was returned from LinkedIn and did not publish. In this case, we recommend confirming that the post did not go live and if it did not, try to repost it from your Undelivered view
We appreciate your patience while we were looking into this issue and if you need any further assistance, please let us know.

We’ve seen an increase in users reporting that their scheduled posts to LinkedIn Company Pages were rejected with the error "LinkedIn did not confirm this post was successfully published. Please check on LinkedIn directly to confirm if it was posted and resend this post if needed."
What is the issue?
Scheduling posts to LinkedIn Company Pages return the undelivered error even if, in most cases, the post appears on the LinkedIn Company Page profile.
Workaround
Before reposting, check the LinkedIn Company page social feed to see if the post was successfully sent.
