Feature sunset - Content Suggestions - 24 May 2023

Due to recent developments with the third-party application that powers this feature, we had to make the difficult decision to sunset the Content Suggestions.
The decision to sunset the Content Suggestion tool was not an easy one for us. While change can sometimes bring challenges, it also paves the way for new opportunities and innovations.

While we bid farewell to the Content Suggestion tool, we are actively working on identifying new opportunities and features that will enhance your experience and support your content creation and curation needs.

While we've maintained Twitter access during their new integration update, unfortunately, the third-party application that powers our Content Suggestion tool has been heavily impacted by Twitter’s new integration costs. This means they have decided to no longer support this service. This means they have decided to no longer support this service. As a result, the Content Suggestions feature is temporarily unavailable as we work to quickly find an alternate provider.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working to restore service soon. In the meantime, we offer social media holidays that you can schedule directly in your calendar if you're looking for content ideas. You also still have access to RSS feeds along with Google alerts to keep your content automated and posting regularly.
What's changed?
Starting April 27th, the Content Suggestions feature is temporarily unavailable.
What will I see when clicking the Content Suggestions section?
You will see an alert stating, 'Content suggestions are currently not available'.
What will happen to the posts I previously scheduled using Content Suggestions?
These posts will still be sent as scheduled.
Will my RSS Feeds and Google alerts be affected in any way?
This will not affect your RSS Feeds and Google Alerts; you can use them as usual.
Will Twitter posting and reporting be affected?
Twitter posting, social feeds, and reporting will all still function as usual.
When will the Content Suggestions feature be reinstated?
We are reviewing other providers to determine if we can continue to offer our users an easy way to search for current topics. We also want to figure out how we can make it even more beneficial and as soon as we have more details, we'll let our customers know.
